Sex­ual offenses require great care and skill to defend. The con­se­quences of con­vic­tion for a sex offense are often dev­as­tat­ing. I have suc­cess­fully defended clients in sex cases and have nego­ti­ated pleas that avoid sex reg­is­tra­tion and jail time. I have also been suc­ceess­ful in dis­charg­ing a client’s require­ment to reg­is­ter as a sex offender pur­suant to the Hoff­sheier case.
